Larry J. Moss, CFP^(R) Professional was raised in a rural farm setting near Clay City, Indiana.  He understood hard work and the value of family from a very young age.  The Moss family was and is a close-knit family that sticks together through good times and not so good times. The meaning of God, family and Country were part of the lessons of daily living in the Moss household. The American flag flew every day in front of their house and church wasn't an optional Sunday activity. Starting with his service as a State Officer for the Indiana Future Farmers of America, just out of high school in 1980, Larry has exhibited a strong vision of what can be accomplished through faith, a positive attitude, and strong leadership. After receiving an A.S. degree in Agribusiness from Vincennes University in 1983, he became a consultant to agribusiness for 13 years in the livestock and seed stock industries. When the livestock industry went through the massive change of the mid 1990's, Larry decided to pursue a lifelong ambition in the Financial Services business.  He immedialy enrolled and received a certificate of completion from The American College in a financial planning certification program.  Currently Larry J Moss is  a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^(TM) Practitioner.

Experience has taught Larry two important things. First, everyone has a unique situation, with its own set of circumstances to understand. Secondly, that he will never have the answer to every problem. A strong believer in mentorship, he is not afraid to ask someone who may know the answer.  He understands that some situations do not have a perfect solution. Larry won't use smoke and mirrors to try and convince you otherwise. He shoots straight and sometimes hard. He feels the truth is always the best answer.

With over 10 years of Financial Services experience and 21 years of business management training and experience, Larry Moss has a strong understanding of the needs of individuals and business owners. He believes the only day that ends in failure, is the day he fails to learn something new. He continually reads and studies information that will help him get better in business and as a person. He will take the time to carefully consider your full family and financial situation before ever making a recommendation.

Larry is past President of the Clay County Council, President of the Clay City Lion's Club, Past President of the Clay City Band Boosters, Treasurer and Deacon of the Good Hope Baptist Church and Vice-President and Executive Board member of the West Central Indiana Economic Development District. 
His wife of over 23 years, Claudia, is a first grade teacher at the local elementary school. They share four children, Lindsey, Landry, Logan and Lanae.  Three attend the Clay City Schools and Lindsey is a Pre-Law student at IUPUI in Indianapolis.
